Are you tired of this? Does this seem like a usual everyday occurrence? Okay ladies get up and get ready to sweat and have your lungs burn! No whining allowed ( because I already whined alot when I did this workout and it didn’t help:) This is a ten minute workout. Yep, I said ten minutes! That means that you should be able to do this in ten minutes. If you can’t yet, then make it your goal each day to shave some time off of your workout.

So here it is 100 Reps!
10 squat jumps or bur-pees
10 push-ups ( knee push-ups are fine)
10 squat jumps/bur-pees
10 pushups
10 squat jumps/bur-pees
10 chair dips
10 bur-pees
10 chair dips
10 bur-pees
10 pushups
Yep! It appears boring and way too easy, but trust me it’s not! Remember NO resting and the goal is 10 minutes. Push through it and you will LOVE the soreness you feel the next day, I love feeling sore from a good workout! Let me know how it goes! Or if you would like a video demonstration.
