<p>Push yourself, be creative and try new things. The key to seeing and feeling change is to shock your system into doing something new!</p>
<p>If you have always been &#8220;just&#8221; a runner or a weightlifter, try one of these and you will challenge your body and muscles in a whole new way. If you want to really go at it do 2 or 3 of these workouts in a row and you will have a killer workout done in less than 30 minutes and without any use of equipment!</p>
